The owners and developers of The Boulevard Village
and Tennis Club are long-time tennis enthusiasts who are excited to bring this unique Tennis Village to the Vero Beach community.
Sue and Walter Rodman are the community’s owners and developers. They came to Vero Beach in the 90’s and Sue has been actively involved in the local tennis community for over 10 years. Walter is a licensed real estate broker who is intimately familiar with the local real estate market, and Sue was a working and founding partner in several real estate firms before
coming to Vero and is now the principle developer for the Boulevard Village.
Kurt Grabher is the Boulevard’s Director of Tennis and one of the Club’s co-founder's. A U.S.T.A. Professional, Kurt founded and has owned New England Tennis Holidays since 1987, which has been rated the #1 Tennis Camp in North America for the past several years.
Joe Biedenharn is a native Floridian who played collegiate tennis at Flagler College. He comes from a tennis family and has played in five national senior father-son finals. Joe has been teaching tennis for over 20 years and is the Boulevard’s on-site U.S.T.A. tennis pro.
